This magnificent Warrior kanohi (Face) Handcrafted from a fabulous river pebble of Raukaraka Pounamu, showing the incredibly rich golds with Green Flashes enhancing the fantastic natural markings, this piece is carved on one side and natural on the back. Whether you have this amazing collector’s piece displayed hung on a wall or on a forged metal stand (which can be made on request POA). This is a unique and rare carving, showcasing the amazing skill of a talented carver.

Raukaraka- Genuine West Coast Greenstone from the Taramakau River Area. This is the term used by the Māori of the Cook Strait region of the Kawakawa variety that is streaked with a shade of olive green and has yellow and orange hues that blend into the greens. This stone shares its name with the New Zealand native Karaka tree.
