Each piece shows beautiful green tones with natural variations, carrying its own character while remaining part of a connected whole. Finished with a wonderful polish, they are beautifully crafted pendants designed to be worn by two people – a shared taonga with meaning and balance.
Kawakawa- is the most common variety of Pounamu. it comes in many shades - from strong, rich green to dark green - and often has small dark flecks, which add to its character. Named after the leaf of the Kawakawa. It is the main type used in gem purposes.
