Delivery times
Once we receive your order we aim to process and ship the same day Monday- Friday, at times i.e. sale times and in the lead up to Christmas we will aim to process and send within 48 hours. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day.
- Domestic (NZ) Deliveries are made by NZ Post, they aim to deliver within 3-5 days, slightly longer if you live rurally. These time frames may extend at times of high demand
- International Deliveries are made by DHL they aim to deliver:
- Australia 2-3 days
- Rest of World up to 20 days
These time frames may extend at times of high demand.
Tax
When you purchase from overseas (anywhere outside of New Zealand) the website prices are exclusive of GST, items may be stopped upon import and local taxes applied, these taxes become the responsibility of the purchaser to pay. This is a standard practice that applies to all imports/ exports when local taxes have not been paid in the country of origin.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders are tracked from pick up to delivery.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order ships you will receive a dispatch notification by email or text, followed by notifications at various stages of the delivery process, you will receive these directly from the courier agency.
Unfortunately, shipping delays, once your order has left us, are out of our control, but rest assured we will endeavour to help you resolve these as quickly as possible.
